Hridayapoorvam Box Office Collection Day 1: Mohanlal’s Family Drama Opens To Decent Numbers

Mohanlal’s family drama Hridayapoorvam has finally arrived in theatres. Backed by positive reviews, the film had a decent opening at the box office on Day 1.

Sathyan Anthikad’s much-awaited Malayalam family entertainer Hridayapoorvam, headlined by superstar Mohanlal, has finally arrived in cinemas. The film has opened to mostly positive reviews from both critics and audiences. Since there’s positive talk around it, all eyes are now on the Day 1 box office – how much did Hridayapoorvam manage to earn on its opening day? Interestingly, it clashed at the box office with Lokah Chapter 1: Chandra, Dominic Arun’s superhero drama featuring Kalyani Priyadarshan and Naslen in the lead roles.

Hridayapoorvam Box Office Collection Day 1:

On its opening day, Hridayapoorvam managed to draw audiences to theaters, earning an impressive Rs 3.25 crore (early estimates) in India net collection. The Mohanlal-starrer had an overall 33.89% Malayalam Occupancy on Thursday, August 28, 2025.

Hridayapoorvam is directed by Sathyan Anthikad, with a screenplay by Sonu T. P. and a story by Akhil Sathyan. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under Aashirvad Cinemas, the film stars Mohanlal, Malavika Mohanan, Sangita Madhavan Nair, and Sangeeth Prathap, along with Siddique, Lalu Alex, Janardhanan, Sabitha Anand, Baburaj, Nishan, and S. P. Charan in important supporting roles.
