The much-awaited comedy film Housefull 5 is making headlines regarding ‘copyright claims’. The film featuring various known actors including Akshay Kumar posted it’s teaser, days ago. Now, suddenly the teaser has disappeared from YouTube just weeks before its release.
Teaser Released With Much Hype
The teaser was first launched on 30 April on the official youtube channel ‘Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment’s’. The film is directed by Tarun Mansukhani and is set to release in theaters on 6 June, 2025. This morning, people noticed that the teaser is now no longer available on YouTube. And while clicking on the original link, we will get to see the message that, “The video is no longer available due to a copyright claim by Mofusion Studios.”
However, the teaser had gained millions of views in just 10 days ,before it was pulled down.
Teaser Still Live On Instagram
For those who are unaware, Housefull 5 teaser is still available on Instagram as many cast members including Akshay Kumar, Jacqueline Fernandez, Riteish Deshmukh and Sonam Bajwa have initially reshared the video on their official aaccounts.
The copyright claim has come from the known, Mofusion Studios. It is an Indian music label brand, known for working with artists like Diljit Dosanjh and Jasmine Sandlas.
No Official Statement Yet
Till now, there has been no official statement from the makers or the cast regarding this incident, which has left fans puzzled with question that ‘ What suddenly went wrong?’
