Housefull 5 Box Office Collection Day 6:
According to the website Sacnilk, Housefull 5 witnessed a dip in numbers on Monday but managed to hold its grip in theatres. It collected Rs 8.00 crore on day 6 as per early estimates. The movie has earned Rs 119.75 crore within six days.
Housefull 5 continued its strong run at the box office through its opening weekend, collecting Rs 24 Cr on Day 1. The film witnessed a jump of 29.17% on Day 2, earning Rs 31 Cr, followed by a further rise on Day 3 with Rs 32.5 Cr, marking a 4.84% growth. However, the momentum dipped significantly on Day 4, with collections dropping to Rs 13 Cr, a 60% decline. The downtrend continued on Day 5, with collections of Rs 11.25 crore, a further 13.46% dip.
Despite the weekday slump, the film’s overall performance remains strong.
The makers of Housefull 5 have released two versions of the film, having different endings. Sanjay Dutt and Jackie Shroff play the role of police officers, trying to investigate the mysterious murders on the ship. In version ‘A’, it is revealed that Abhishek Bachchan aka Jalbhushan is the killer along with Fardeen Khan aka Dev. Meanwhile, in the second version, Chitrangda Singh aka Maya turned out to be the killer alongside Abhishek Bachchan aka Jalbhushan. In the turn of events, the characters claiming to be Jolly turned out to be fake and Bobby Deol made a cameo appearance as the real Jolly.
The movie also features Sanjay Dutt, Fardeen Khan, Shreyas Talpade, Nana Patekar, Jackie Shroff, Dino Morea, Chunky Pandey and Johnny Lever in the pivotal roles. Meanwhile, Jacqueline Fernandez, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh, Sonam Bajwa and Soundarya Sharma are the leading ladies of the film.
