New Delhi: Sensual model and actress Reshmi Nair once again made headlines after she did an obscene photo shoot in the Gadhpahra Hanuman temple complex of Sagar district. After the actress’ semi-naked pictures went viral on social media, the matter has been making trending since then.
Nair has offended the sentiments of Hindu organisations to which the latter have objected. On the other front, the party workers of Shiv Sena have submitted a memorandum to the SP of Madhya Pradesh and demanded an FIR be registered against Reshmi Nair.
Indecent photoshoot
According to the deputy state chief Pappu Tiwari, the absurd photo session in front of the temple premises is condemnable, which has hurt the sentiments of Sanatan followers.
Attack on Hinduism
The Memorandum submitted to SP, Shiv Sena said that these kinds of films, serve obscenity, and attack the culture of Sagar and Hindu religion and, therefore, such films will not be played in the city’s theatres. If no action will be taken against Reshmi Nair and her colleagues soon, protests will be held in the Sagar district including Bundelkhand.
It is not new for the actress to be in such controversies. She first came into the limelight during the famous ‘Kiss for Love’ campaign in 2019.
In the same year, the actress and her husband were arrested under the Pocso Act for exploiting minor girls in Bengaluru.
