Popular television actor Hina Khan has been making headlines recently due to her battle with breast cancer. Despite facing this challenging illness, she is making a remarkable return to the entertainment industry. Hina is well-known for her roles in popular shows like ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ and for participating in ‘Bigg Boss Season 11.’ She also took part in ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi Season 8.’
Amidst her struggles, Hina is set to appear in a new web series called ‘Griha Laxmi,’ for which the trailer has just been released and is receiving a positive response from fans. In this trailer, Hina portrays a character bent on seeking revenge against her adversaries. The trailer begins with her fierce declaration: “When a woman sets out to take revenge, she ruins everything.” This showcases her strong and determined character as she takes on her enemies. Hina Khan Shoots Alongside Her Cancer Treatment
Hina Khan recently made a remarkable return to the acting world with the show Griha Laxmi, even while undergoing treatment for stage three breast cancer. Her comeback has been celebrated as a powerful and inspiring move. After taking time off to focus on her health, Hina has been candid about her experiences, openly sharing her journey with her fans.
Griha Laxmi is a show that explores themes of strength and survival, featuring other notable actors such as Chunky Pandey, Rahul Dev, and Dibyendu Bhattacharya. Hina shared that she truly enjoyed working on the show and formed strong friendships with her fellow cast members.
In a recent interview with PTI, Hina Khan opened up about her issue and said, “I have been working throughout my journey. I made sure to normalise this and to feel normal. I was working, shooting, travelling, and finished dubbing since my chemo started. I did my ramp walks… I finished my radiation session and came here. If my body allows it, I will.”
Talking about her Griha Laxmi shoot, she further added, “Even though the shoot was “hectic”, she enjoyed working with all her co-actors on the show. It was so much fun. It was hectic. We shot for very long hours which is ok, that’s the part and parcel of any project.”
Talking about her experience working with other co-actors, she said, “As far as the actors are concerned, I have made some amazing friends for life. They have performed so well. Dibyendu ji is a fantastic actor. I learnt a lot from him…Chunky is a sweetheart. He kept laughing all the time… One of the nicest people I have met in my life is our director Rumaan… It was so much fun,” she concluded.
