Actor-politician Pawan Kalyan’s much-awaited film Hari Hara Veera Mallu has finally hit the theatres after facing multiple delays since its initial announcement in 2020. The movie has generated significant buzz among fans. However, while the film got mixed reviews from critics, it saw a strong turnout from audiences on its first day.
Hari Hara Veera Mallu Box Office Collection Day 1:
According to Sacnilk, Hari Hara Veera Mallu earned Rs 12.7 crore in India from its premieres and Rs 31.5 crore on its first day, taking its total Day 1 collection to Rs 44.20 crore net. The historical epic marks one of Pawan Kalyan’s biggest openings in recent times. For comparison, Bro made Rs 30.5 crore on Day 1, Bheemla Nayak earned Rs 37.15 crore, and Vakeel Saab collected Rs 40.10 crore.
However, Hari Hara Veera Mallu couldn’t beat the record set earlier this year by Pawan’s nephew Ram Charan’s Game Changer, which made Rs 51 crore on Day 1. Still, it performed better than Daaku Maharaaj (Rs 25.35 crore), Sankranthiki Vasthunam (Rs 23 crore), and Dhanush’s Kuberaa (Rs 14.75 crore).
