New Delhi: The upcoming blockbuster movie might be Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3! The movie has been able to win over viewers everywhere, but especially in India. It might even top The Super Mario Bros. and John Wick: Chapter 4’s opening weekend earnings.
The Marvel movie debuted in India with a bang and made Rs 7 crore on May 5. It produced even higher statistics on Day 6.

James Gunn, who directed the first movie in phase 5 of the MCU, returns to the MCU for the movie. The movie reportedly made Rs 7.30 crore on its first day of release in India. Day 2, May 6, had even greater results as it brought in Rs 8.50 in just one day. As a result, the total amount collected is now Rs 15.80 crore. On May 6, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 had a 34.24 percent overall occupancy.
The film made an estimated $47–$48 million on its first day abroad, according to a report in Deadline. With an estimated $38.7 million on Saturday, the movie kept things together. This will raise the James Gunn-directed MCU movie’s global gross to over $116 million.
