Bollywood actor Govinda made his fans worried after he was recently admitted to the CritiCare Hospital in Mumbai. He reportedly fell unconscious and is currently under observation. His manager, Sashi Shinde, assured everyone that the actor is feeling better and there is no need to worry.
He said in an official statement, “He felt a little dizzy and then his head got heavy, so we got him admitted to get checked by a neurologist. They are checking him; the doctor is yet to come. Sir is feeling better, he is resting, there is nothing to worry. We just wanted to be sure why he felt dizzy. Since its neurological doctor advised him to get admitted. His daughter Tina is with him, others were out.”
Earlier, his friend and legal advisor Lalit Bindal, told PTI, “Govinda ji was taken to CritiCare Hospital after he suddenly fell unconscious. He is currently under observation.”
He was earlier spotted on Monday, visiting Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital to meet veteran actor Dharmendra, who was admitted there.
This is not the first time Govinda has had a health scare. About a year ago, he was accidentally shot by a licensed pistol at his Mumbai residence. The revolver slipped from his hand, and the bullet struck his left knee. He was rushed to the hospital, where the bullet was removed through surgery. The police had also questioned him regarding the incident at that time.
