When I saw the prep she did—right down to immersing herself in real locations for character work—I knew I had to bring that fire into Jatadhara. As Sitara in our film, she adds scale and soul.
The two of you represent girl power in the Hindi film industry?
There should be many more Divya Khosslas in our industry, a wife, a mother, a successful director and an actor. As for me, I am slowly getting there.
