Salman Khan wrote, “Really saddened to hear abt the accident,May God rest the souls of the deceased in peace,Protect n give strength to the families n the injured from this unfortunate accident.”

Bollywood actress Parineeti Chopra wrote, “I’m praying for everyone involved in the horrible accidents in Odisha. Wishing for the families, friends and loved ones to find strength and heal as soon as possible . God bless everyone.”

Jr NTR said, “Heartfelt condolences to the families and their loved ones affected by the tragic train accident. My thoughts are with each and every person affected by this devastating incident. May strength and support surround them during this difficult time.(sic)”

Sunny Deol said, ” Deeply saddened to hear about the tragic train accident in Odisha’s Balasore. My condolences to the families of those who died in this train accident and I pray to the Almighty for the speedy recovery of the injured. #TrainAccident”

Chiranjeevi urged his fans, “Utterly shocked at the tragic Coromandel express accident in Orissa and the huge loss of lives! My heart goes out to the bereaved families. I understand there is an urgent demand for blood units to save lives. About Coromandel Express train tragedy

Coromandal Express on Friday met with an accident as it collided head to head with a goods carrier train near Bahanaga railway station in Balasore district, Odisha. As per chief secretary Odisha, 132 injured were shifted to Soro CHC, Gopalpur CH, and Khanttapada PHC. According to information many coaches are reported to have derailed.

In this incident, so far 237 people have died. While the death toll is continuously increasing. At the same time, more than 900 people are said to be injured. Whose treatment is going on in different hospitals. The injured are being taken to nearby hospitals in Bahanaga, Sore and Balasore.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived at the accident site in Balasor district of Odisha. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw accompanied him. PM took stock of the situation.
