Matthew Perry Death Anniversary: The world lost one of its most loved human being and an highly talented actor Matthew Perry on October 28, 2023. After one year passes away, cast of his popular sitcom FRIENDS took to their social media handles to remember ‘Chandler Bing’, who made them laugh even during the hardest times. Matthew was found dead in his Los Angeles home after drug overdose.
Jennifer Aniston, who played the role of Rachel Green in Friends and worked alongside Matthew for 10 long years, shared a series of pictures on Instagram, alongside a caption, “1 year ❤️🩹🕊️”. The pictures are evident of the bond they both shared. In one of the shared ones, Jennifer and Matthew goofily poses for the camera, while in another he is seen kissing her forehead in a very adorable manner. Besides a picture of Matthew, Jennifer also shared a moment from their last day on the Friends’ set.
Courteney Cox also posted two photos with Matthew along the caption, “Missing you today and always ❤️”. Cox played Matthew’s wife in the sitcom Friends. The on-screen couple was loved by fans all throughout.

Several fans were left heartbroken after Matthew passed away. On his first death anniversary, several of them expressed their love for the actor and pain of losing him so suddenly. One of them wrote, “It’s been a whole year since you’re gone. I never met you but I have been a fan of yours since I can remember. You’re my childhood and my comfort. I am going through so much right now I couldn’t bring myself to months for watching friends and now I do and I laugh again bc that’s what you all did for me. But most of all YOU yourself; you’re courageous and smart and talented and humor you’re heart we don’t have to meet people in the world to know what kind of heart they have sometimes and yours was truly the biggest of them all. Thank you for being my happiness my heart just hurts so much that you’re gone for a year Matty gone but never forgotten you have changed so many lives and I hope you know that. I love you and miss you and my heart is with your family and loved ones today 🕊️”
