Days after the news of comedian Munawar Faruqui getting married for the second time emerged online, pictures of the newlywed couple are circulating on the internet. It is alleged that the widely shared photos are from after their wedding.

On the day when reports of the couple tying the knot surfaced online, a viral photo showing two people holding hands claimed to be shared by Munawar’s new wife from a new Instagram account. However, the authenticity of both the photo and the Instagram account remains uncertain.

On Monday, a source confirmed that Munawar Faruqui, the winner of Lock Upp and Bigg Boss 17, has tied the knot with makeup artist Mehzabeen Coatwala. The wedding ceremony occurred 10-12 days ago and was attended by approximately 100 guests, including close friends and family members. Following the wedding, the couple organized a reception at the ITC Maratha on Sunday.
According to the source, Mehzabeen belongs to the Memon community and lives in Agripada, Mumbai Central, South Mumbai. However, there has been no confirmation yet regarding whether it is a love marriage or an arranged marriage.
Rumors about the comedian’s second marriage began circulating online after his fan account posted about Munawar’s secret wedding. A picture of the wedding invitation has also been circulating on the internet. This marks the comedian’s second marriage, and he has a son from his previous marriage.
