Exclusive: Aamir Khan Shoots Down All Talk Of A Film On The Meghalaya Murder

Aamir Khan has denied rumours about making a film on the Meghalaya honeymoon murder case.

For the last 24 hours, a bizarre rumour about Aamir Khan’s filmmaking plans has been floating around on several entertainment portals.

According to these reports, Aamir is planning to make a film on the notorious Meghalaya honeymoon murder wherein a lady named Sonam, with the help of her lover, murdered her husband Raja Raghuvanshi during their honeymoon.

But when I contacted Aamir for clarity on the supposed crime thriller, Aamir flatly and completely denied any plans of making a film on the Meghalaya murder.

He also wondered where such rumours start.

Aamir Khan, whose most recent film Sitare Zameen Par has cracked the success code, is now looking forward to his next screen outing, which will bring him face-to-face with Rajinikanth. “Mine is a cameo in Tamil action thriller directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj. I can’t tell you much about my role. But I come in at a crucial point in the plot.”
