YouTuber Elvish Yadav was earlier involved in legal trouble after he was accused of supplying snake venom to rave parties. According to reports, he was supposed to appear for his hearing on December 23 but did not show up. The date of the hearing has been postponed to January 10, 2025.
He was earlier arrested by the Noida police in connection to this case but was granted bail by the court a few days later. He was charged under various sections of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, the Wildlife Protection Act, and the Indian Penal Code. The YouTuber was one of six individuals mentioned in a First Information Report (FIR) filed at Noida’s Sector 49 Police Station.
Later, Noida police submitted a 1,200-page chargesheet against him and seven others at the Surajpur court in the snake venom-at-rave case. The charge sheet included statements from 24 witnesses.
Meanwhile, Elvish was recently in the news after YouTubers Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan posted a roast video on their channel Slayy Point. He did not take this well as Gautami and Abhyudaya allegedly dragged his mother into the roast. Elvish openly expressed his anger and wrote on X, “I had no problem with the roast but using my mother for the roast is not funny bolte rehte ho na elvish bhai aap kuch karte kyu nahi. Legal legal khilaata hu bacho ko ab toh kaanoon bhi seekh liya.”
In another post, he wrote, “No restrictions for elvish army show them what below the belt looks like.”
After severe backlash, Gautami Kawale and Abhyudaya Mohan deleted the part in question and updated netizens about the same.
