Arguments By Elvish Yadav’s Legal Team

Elvish’s senior counsel, Navin Sinha along with Advocate Nipun Singh and Advocate Naman Agarwal, argued that:

  • The person who filed the FIR was not legally authorised under the Wildlife Protection Act.
  • Elvish was not present at the party where the alleged incident took place.
  • No snake venom or drugs were recovered from Elvish.

Government’s Stand On Allegations

Representing the other party, Advocate General Manish Goyal stated that the investigation has revealed that Elvish has supplied snakes to individuals from whom snake venom was recovered.
