Ajay Devgn has recently been in the spotlight due to reports indicating that he will soon be seen in ‘Drishyam 3.’ The film is expected to launch shortly. In 2015, Ajay made his debut as Vijay Salgaonkar in the original ‘Drishyam,’ captivating audiences with his performance in this gripping thriller. Seven years later, he reprised his iconic role in the sequel, ‘Drishyam 2,’ which became a major blockbuster and set the stage for a third part.

Will Ajay Devgn Star In Part 3?
According to the reports by Pinkvilla, Ajay Devgn has officially approved Drishyam 3 and prioritized it. “Ajay was committed to doing some other film in the July / August window, but now, the actor has prioritized Drishyam 3 over the other options. A couple of weeks back, Abhishek Pathak and the writers went and gave a narration of Drishyam 3 to Ajay, and the actor was bowled over with the twists and turns in the screenplay. He is excited and all set to return again as Vijay Salgaonkar,” Sources also revealed that Drishyam 3 will be directed by Abhishek Pathak.
Sources also revealed that before starting work on Drishyam 3, Ajay Devgn will complete shooting for three projects: De De Pyaar De 2, Dhamaal 4, and Ranger. De De Pyaar De 2 is already in production while filming for Dhamaal 4 is set to begin in the first week of March. Ranger is scheduled to start around May 2025. “Ajay is booked till the end of 2025 with DDPD 2, Dhamaal 4, Ranger and Drishyam 3. He is super confident of all the films in is line up and is making an attempt to serve films from diverse genres (even in the franchise space) to the cinema going audience.”
Shooting Starts When?
Reports also suggest that ‘Drishyam 3’ may be followed by ‘Golmaal 5,’ which is currently in the scripting phase. However, it’s still too early to discuss the timeline for this Rohit Shetty-directed comedy. In the meantime, Ajay Devgn is set to appear in ‘Raid 2’ on May 1, followed by ‘Son of Sardaar 2’ at the end of July.
