Dream Girl 2 teaser out: When Dream Girl debuted in 2019, it immediately rose to the top of the list of the most popular rom-com and delighted the public. The Ayushmann Khurrana-starring film was one of the highest-grossing movies of that year and enjoyed tremendous success at the box office.
The sequel to the movie, was revealed by Ayushmann last year. We have been eagerly awaiting project updates ever since. The movie will debut in theatres on July 7 with Ananya Panday playing the major female role. In the latest Dream Girl 2 teaser, Ayushmann is once again seen in his Pooja avatar flirting on the phone with Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan.

On February 13, Ayushmann Khurrana shared the teaser of his upcoming film Dream Girl 2 on his Instagram handle and captioned it, “BREAKING NEWS: @pooja___dreamgirl is back! #7KoSaathMein dekhenge! #DreamGirl2 releasing in cinemas on 7th July, 2023 (sic).”

The actor can be seen in the teaser donning a backless pink lehenga, stunning jewellery, and flawless makeup. His face is not shown to us, but we do catch a glimpse of his vivid red lipstick. He can be seen on a call with Pathaan, who is played by Shah Rukh Khan. In the film, Ayushmann will portray the roles of Karam and a young woman named Pooja.
What did Ayushmann Khurrana have to say about Dream Girl 2?
While sharing his thoughts on the film Ayushmann Khurrana told a media outlet, “I am super stoked about Dream Girl 2! This is my second outing with Balaji Motion Pictures and I am thankful to Ektaa that she has carried this franchise forward and made it bigger.”
He further added, “I have found a friend in Raaj and its exciting to team up with him again. Ananya Panday has been paired with me and I am looking forward to see the audience reaction to our chemistry. About Dream Girl 2
In the movie Dream Girl 2, Ayushmann Khurrana’s character Karam, a young man from a small town, is striving to lead a responsible life in Mathura. Although he falls in love with Pari (played by Ananya Panday), life is determined to ignore him.
In a twist of fate, Karam changes into Pooja, adding further confusion to his already crazy life. Under the auspices of Balaji Motion Pictures, the movie is produced by Ektaa R. Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor and directed by Raaj Shaandilya. Ananya Panday, Paresh Rawal, Rajpal Yadav, Asrani, Vijay Raaz, Annu Kapoor, Seema Pahwa, Manoj Joshi, Abhishek Banerjee, and Manjot Singh will also appear in the movie in addition to Ayushmann.
