Two men who opened fire outside actress Disha Patani’s house were killed in a police encounter in Bareilly. After their deaths, gang leader Rohit Godara took to Facebook to issue a chilling warning of revenge. He wrote, “The two shooters who were killed are martyrs, not dead men. We will avenge them. Those responsible, no matter how rich or powerful, will not be forgiven.”
Godara also claimed that the incident was not justice but a “loss for Sanatan Dharma,” accusing the authorities of targeting men who, in his words, sacrificed themselves for their religion.

What happened on September 17?
The accused in the firing at actress Disha Patani’s house in Bareilly were killed in an encounter in Ghaziabad on September 17 by UP STF and the Delhi Police Special Cell. Two other accused, residents of Baghpat, are still absconding.
