Dhurandhar Ending Explained:
Dhurandhar focuses on Hamza, played by Ranveer Singh, who goes to Pakistan for a mission to eliminate terrorism on the ground level, as it has impacted India for several years. In the end, we see Hamza killing the kingpin Rehman Dakait, played by Akshaye Khanna.
As the betrayal haunts Hamza, he seeks support from Yaalina. It is further revealed that Hamza’s real name is Jaskirat, who has been assigned a mission to gather all the information on dangerous terror attacks.
He has several other names as his next target, including ISI’s Major Iqbal, played by Arjun Rampal.

Dhurandhar also stars Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Akshaye Khanna and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles.
It made it to headlines regarding its plot as it was rumoured that the movie is based on Major Mohit Sharma. However, director Aditya Dhar has dismissed these rumours and issued an official clarification.
He wrote on X, “Hi, sir – our film Dhurandhar is not based on the life of braveheart Major Mohit Sharma AC(P) SM. This is an official clarification. I assure you, if we do make a biopic on Mohit sir in the future, we will do it with full consent and in complete consultation with the family, and in a way that truly honors his sacrifice for the nation and the legacy it has left for all of us.”
Talking about its sequel, it will hit the theatres on March 19, 2026, coinciding with Eid 2026. The movie will also clash with Kannada star Yash’s next film, ‘Toxic’. It will be one of the biggest box office clashes of 2026.
