Ranveer Singh is all set to return to the big screen with his film ‘Dhurandhar’, creating immense excitement among his fans. The movie has created excitement among fans as it offers never-before-seen action and performances. As per reports, Dhurandhar has been made on a huge budget with the star cast taking massive salaries.
Ranveer Singh:
Ranveer Singh reportedly took around Rs 50 crore for his role in Dhurandhar. He plays a spy who enters Pakistan for a mission.
R Madhavan:
R Madhavan will be seen as an intelligence strategist, who is a pivotal part of Ranveer’s mission. He reportedly took Rs 9 crore for this project.
Sanjay Dutt:
Sanjay Dutt reportedly got paid Rs 10 crore for his role of SP Chaudhary Aslam from Pakistan. He will be seen as an antagonist.
Arjun Rampal:
Arjun Rampal reportedly got paid Rs 1 crore. He plays Major Iqbal, an ISI officer and is ready to give shivers down your spine with his performance.
Akshaye Khanna:
Akshaye Khanna, who will be seen as Rehman Dakait, reportedly charged around Rs 2.5 crore for Dhurandhar.
There has been a lot of discussion regarding its plot, and it has been rumoured that the movie is based on Major Mohit Sharma. However, director Aditya Dhar has dismissed these rumours and issued an official clarification.
He wrote on X, “Hi, sir – our film Dhurandhar is not based on the life of braveheart Major Mohit Sharma AC(P) SM. This is an official clarification. I assure you, if we do make a biopic on Mohit sir in the future, we will do it with full consent and in complete consultation with the family, and in a way that truly honors his sacrifice for the nation and the legacy it has left for all of us.”
The movie is scheduled to release in theatres on December 5, 2025.
