Dhurandhar box office collection day 6:
According to the website Sacnilk, Dhurandhar collected Rs 26.50 crore on day 6 as per early estimates. The movie has earned Rs 180 crore in total. Even though it has surpassed the collection of several hit movies of 2025, it is still behind Chhaava. By the sixth day, Chhaava had also crossed the Rs 200 crore mark and reportedly earned Rs 32 crore on day 6. Dhurandhar is only a little behind Chhaava but has already been declared a massive hit.
Meanwhile, the movie also stars Arjun Rampal, R Madhavan, Sara Arjun, Akshaye Khanna and Sanjay Dutt in the lead roles. It is directed by Aditya Dhar, best known for his incredible work in URI: The Surgical Strike.
There were lot of rumours regarding Dhurandhar’s plot being based on the life of Major Mohit Sharma.
However, director Aditya Dhar has dismissed these rumours and issued an official clarification.
He wrote on X, “Hi, sir – our film Dhurandhar is not based on the life of braveheart Major Mohit Sharma AC(P) SM. This is an official clarification. I assure you, if we do make a biopic on Mohit sir in the future, we will do it with full consent and in complete consultation with the family, and in a way that truly honors his sacrifice for the nation and the legacy it has left for all of us.”
Meanwhile, Dhurandhar is confirmed to return with a sequel, releasing of March 19, 2026. The movie will clash with Yash’s film ‘Toxic’.
