It has been 15 days since Aditya Dhar’s Dhurandhar hit theatres, and the film continues to mint massive profits while breaking new records every day. Released on December 5, the Rs 280 crore big-budget film has shown extraordinary box office strength, even in the face of strong competition.
James Cameron’s Avatar: Fire and Ashes, which was released on December 19, was expected to dominate the box office. However, despite the Hollywood giant’s arrival, Dhurandhar has managed to hold its ground and maintain its momentum. The film is now inching closer to the Rs 500 crore mark domestically and has already crossed Rs 730 crore worldwide.
Although Avatar 3 caused a slight dip in earnings on Day 15, it did not significantly impact Dhurandhar’s overall performance. Starring Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, and R. Madhavan, the film has remained at the top of the box office chart since its release. Even after two weeks, Dhurandhar continues to outperform Hindi, regional, and Hollywood releases.
Dhurandhar Box Office Collection Day 15
According to a Sacnilk report, Dhurandhar earned Rs 22.50 crore on its 15th day. This figure is only slightly lower than its Day 14 collection of Rs 23.25 crore, indicating that Avatar: Fire and Ashes did not significantly affect its earnings.
Interestingly, Avatar 3’s opening-day collection was lower than what Dhurandhar earned on its 15th day, highlighting the film’s remarkable box office hold.
Dhurandhar Likely to Cross Rs 500 Crore in Third Week
Avatar 3 reportedly opened at Rs 20 crore, while Dhurandhar had already amassed Rs 207.25 crore in its first weekend. The film performed even better in its second weekend, collecting Rs 253.25 crore.
As of Day 15, Dhurandhar’s total domestic collection stands at Rs 483 crore. Trade estimates suggest that the film is likely to cross the Rs 500 crore milestone during its third weekend.
Dhurandhar Sets 30 Records in Just 14 Days
The phenomenal pace of Dhurandhar has raised hopes of a Rs 1,000 crore lifetime collection. Within just 14 days of release, the film has set 30 major box office records.
It became Ranveer Singh’s highest-grossing film on its opening day and also emerged as his biggest opening-weekend grosser. Additionally, Dhurandhar is now the fourth-highest-grossing Bollywood film of 2025. With multiple records already to its name, the film continues to rewrite box office history.

On the global front, Dhurandhar has earned Rs 158 crore from overseas markets. Its total gross collection in India stands at Rs 579.5 crore.
With an overall worldwide collection of Rs 737.5 crore in just 15 days, Dhurandhar is now firmly eyeing the coveted Rs 1,000 crore milestone.
