The trilogy will continue the ending of the ‘Hashira Training’ arc as the previous season ended on a big cliffhanger. According to the latest buzz, the release date of ‘Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Movie’ has leaked online and it’s likely to arrive in theatres sooner than expected.

According to several social media fan pages of the anime, ‘Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Movie’ is likely to arrive in theatres in September 2025. This buzz was created after Sony’s website allegedly listed ‘Untitled Crunchyroll/Sony/Aniplex Event Film’ with the description of the ‘Demon Slayer Infinity Castle Arc’ movie. The post was soon deleted by the website.
German CineStar has now listed the 'Untitled Crunchyroll/Sony/Aniplex Event Film' with a Kimetsu no Yaiba 'Infinity Castle Arc' Movie description.

According to Crunchyroll, the official synopsis of ‘Demon Slayer’ reads, “It is the Taisho Period in Japan. Tanjiro, a kindhearted boy who sells charcoal for a living, finds his family slaughtered by a demon. To make matters worse, his younger sister Nezuko, the sole survivor, has been transformed into a demon herself. Though devastated by this grim reality, Tanjiro resolves to become a “demon slayer” so that he can turn his sister back into a human, and kill the demon that massacred his family.”
In the previous season, Tanjiro along with all the Hashiras entered the Infinity castle after the arrival of Muzan Kibutsuji as they tried to fight against him. The movie is directed by Haruo Sotozaki with Akira Matsushima as Chief Animation Director and Character Designer, and music by Yuki Kajiura and Go Shiina.
The other seasons of ‘Demon Slayer’ are available to watch on Netflix, JioCinema and Crunchyroll.
