The movie has already been released in Japan and some other Asian countries and received an amazing response from the audience. According to Pinkvilla, analysts predict its opening day net collection to be in the range of Rs 15 crore to Rs 17 crore, potentially surpassing all previous anime releases in the country, such as Suzume and Jujutsu Kaisen 0. It has also become the biggest opening for a non-Hollywood foreign animation film.
