Dasara box office collection Day 4: Natural star Nani’s Dasara sets the box office on fire. Directed by Srikanth Odela, this revenge drama surpassed Rs 50 crore in India and is still going strong at the box office. It remains to be seen if the film will hold up during the week. Since hitting the screens in multiple languages, Dasara has received positive reactions from all quarters.

Dasara was released theatrically in multiple languages on March 30th. In this movie, Nani appears with an all-new avatar.
Dasara opened in theatres last week with great anticipation. The film finished its first week on a high note as it grossed Rs 58.05 crore (nett) in India. The film is estimated to have grossed Rs 13 crore on Sunday 3 April, according to trading reports.
Sunday’s collection is more than what Dasara got on Saturday, April 1st. The Telugu version recorded an overall usage rate of 50.98% on Sunday.

About Dasara
Srikanth Odella made his directorial debut with Dasara. The main roles are played by Nani, Keerthy Suresh and Deekshith Shetty. The film is a revenge drama set in the village of Veerapally in Telangana. The film talks about caste politics, power dynamics and friendship.
The film was produced by Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, composed by Santhosh Narayanan, edited by Naveen Nooli and shot by Sathyan Sooryan.
