Dasara box office collection Day 2: Natural star Nani’s Dasara hit the screens in five languages on March 30th. The film got off to a great start on day one at the box office. An estimated Rs 38 crore was registered in India on the first day.
On its second day, March 31, the positive response made the film grow even further. Dasara has one of the best openings of Nani’s career and the film has received a good response from audiences. The revenge drama was written and directed by Srikanth Odella.

According to trading reports, Dasara made a net profit of Rs 12 crore (an early estimate) on its second day of going public. The Telugu region achieved an overall 36% uptime. The film appears to be posting a record-breaking collection in its first weekend. Not only in India, but the film is also successful internationally. The film’s creators have announced that Dasara has surpassed the one million mark in the United States.

About Dasara
Srikanth Odella made his directorial debut with Dasara. The main roles are played by Nani, Keerthy Suresh and Deekshith Shetty. The film is a revenge drama set in the village of Veerapally in Telangana. The film talks about caste politics, power dynamics and friendship.
The film was produced by Sri Lakshmi Venkateswara Cinemas, composed by Santhosh Narayanan, edited by Naveen Nooli and shot by Sathyan Sooryan.
