Indian films: Pathaan, starring Shah Rukh Khan, debuted on January 25 to a roaring box office reception. It has become King Khan’s landmark release and is still going strong. In just two weeks, it has amassed approximately Rs 865 crore at the global box office. It is an impressive accomplishment as it is currently the seventh-highest-grossing Indian movie.

Dangal (2016)

The sports drama starring Aamir Khan made Rs 2,000 crore at the film office and received positive reviews from reviewers. He played wrestler Mahavir Phogat in the movie, which was about how he practises wrestling despite obstacles.

Baahubali 2 (2017)

The SS Rajamouli-directed period epic changed the game for Telugu films and brought in Rs 1,810 crore at the box office. Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Sathyaraj, Ramya Krishnan, and Sathyaraj were among the cast’s many A-listers.

RRR (2022)

The second film directed by SS Rajamouli on the list, RRR, made over Rs 1,258 crore worldwide and became a sensation. Particularly, Naatu Naatu became popular. Ram Charan and Jr. NTR served as the film’s parallel leads. In this significant film, Alia Bhatt starred with the Mega Power Star.

KGF Chapter 2 (2022)

KGF Chapter 2 gave Kannada films new opportunities and made almost Rs 1,250 crore worldwide. The movie was a follow-up to the 2018 smash KGF. The lead actors in the sequel were Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt, and Yash.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan (2015)

The Salman Khan-starring film brought in Rs 969 crore at international box offices, much to the pleasure of Bhai fans. The relationship between a simpleton from India and a mute girl from Pakistan was the focus of the Kabir Khan-directed drama.

Secret Superstar (2017)

With the box office success of Secret Superstar, a tiny movie with a tremendous heart, Aamir Khan demonstrated his star power. Advait Chandan, who later worked with Mr Perfectionist for Laal Singh Chaddha, was the film’s director.

Pathaan (2023)

Shah Rukh Khan was able to recover from Zero’s underwhelming box office performance because of the spy thriller, which has so far made Rs 865 at the box office. The Tiger and War movies are also a part of YRF’s Spy Universe, which also includes Pathaan.

PK (2014)

The comedy-drama directed by Rajkumar Hirani made Rs 769 crore throughout its run and was a huge success. Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, and the late Sushant Singh Rajput were the film’s main actors.
