Custody box office collection Day 3: The bilingual film Custody, which also marked Naga Chaitanya’s Tamil film debut, is in Tamil and Telugu. The Venkat Prabhu-directed cop drama earned varying ratings from critics and viewers. The movie’s opening weekend take of Rs 3.2 crore was depressing. The movie barely made Rs 7 crore in its opening weekend collections because of a drop in ticket sales.

Box Office Collection

The movie starring Naga Chaitanya made Rs 3.2 crore in India on its opening day in both languages. This was modest. Typically, the first weekend of a movie’s release will experience an increase in ticket sales. However, Custody had a significant decline and only made about Rs 3 crore on Saturday and Sunday. Early estimates indicate that Custoday made Rs 1.75 crore on Sunday. This brings the total amount raised to Rs 6.63 crore in India.
