CID Season 2 Release Date Officially Out; When And Where To Watch This Iconic Show On Your TV Screens

Shivaji Satam, Aditya Srivastava and Dayanand Shetty will return in the second season of the TV show CID.

CID Season 2 Release Date: ‘CID’ has been one of the most popular shows on Indian television and kept everyone hooked to the TV screens with its thrill and suspense. The show is all set to return with its second season and its excitement is off the roof for the audiences. After creating a thrill among fans with a promo, the makers have finally announced the release of ‘CID Season 2’.

CID Season 2 Release Date: 

‘CID Season 2’ will air on Sony TV on December 21 and new episodes will release every Saturday and Sunday at 10 PM. The episodes are likely to stream on SonyLIV app.

The show has given several iconic characters, which the audiences’ favourite.  Shivaji Satam played the role of ACP Pradyuman, Aditya Srivastava was seen as Sr. Inspector Abhijeet, whereas, Dayanand Shetty essayed Sr. Inspector Daya.

In an interview with The Times Of India, Aditya Srivastava revealed the cast is excited about the new season. He said, “This time around the channel wanted it back on TV as it has been one of the most watched and loved shows. Things worked out and Shivaji Satam, Dayanand Shetty and I came on board. We are emotionally connected with this show.” 

‘CID’ first aired in 1998 and ended in 2018.
