Actor Wamiqa Gabbi seems to be all over the news recently, sometimes for her appearance as a child actor in Jab We Met, while other times for her comparison with other actresses including Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. This led to a a social media influencer Nadeesh Bhambi making a video on her PR activities. But very soon, the video led to Nadeesh and Wamiqa getting embroiled in a heated debate on Instagram.
The controversy began when Bhambi posted a video mocking Gabbi’s alleged PR strategy. In the video, Bhambi and others discuss Gabbi’s career, making sarcastic comments along the way. Bhambi praises Gabbi as “beautiful and talented” before drawing comparisons between her and other celebrities.
He adds, “If Aishwarya had a daughter, she would look like Wamiqa” and makes other remarks, including “Wamiqa can eat 100 Rashmika (Mandanna) and 200 Disha (Patani) for breakfast” and “What Deepika thinks she looks like.”
Gabbi responded with sarcasm, writing “Talented aur Khoobsurat bhi? Uff, Thaaaank you. And baki sab ka pata nahi but we did try ‘Wamiqa for next President!’ approve nahi hua” in the comment section.
Bhambi Responds Back
Bhambi fired back, advising Gabbi to tell her PR team to “chill” as they are allegedly ruining her image. He wrote, “Talented aur khoobsurat toh aap ho hi. Loved you in Jubilee. President ke liye vote nahi hota iss desh mein warna mera vote toh mil hi jaata aapko… Bas aapki PR team ko thoda chill karao, acchi khaasi actress ka naam kharab karne mein lage hain.”
The spat concluded with both Gabbi and Bhambi posting shayari, adding a poetic touch to their fiery exchange.
The incident has sparked a lively discussion on social media, with fans and followers weighing in on the issue. While some have defended Gabbi, others have praised Bhambi for speaking his mind.
