Vicky Kaushal starrer historical drama film ‘Chhaava’ was originally released in theatres on 14th February 2025. Now, after a blockbuster theatrical run and smashing box office records, the film is now going to premiere on an OTT platform. It’s been almost a month and a half since its theatrical release and as per the reports by E-Times, Chhaava is expected to start streaming digitally from 11th April.
Which Platform Will Stream It?
As per reports, the film is likely to premiere on Netflix on April 11. However, the makers have yet to make an official announcement regarding its digital release.
Chhaava’s Box Office Performance
When Chhaava released on 14th February, it broke all records at the box office, becoming the highest-grossing film of the year. According to Sacnilk, the film collected Rs. 31 crore on its opening day. Since then, it has outperformed films like Stree 2, Pathaan, and KGF 2. Chhaava’s total box office collection in India has crossed Rs. 597 crore.

Chhaava stars Vicky Kaushal as Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, while Rashmika Mandanna plays his wife Yesubai Bhonsale. Akshaye Khanna portrays the role of Aurangzeb. The film is directed by Laxman Utekar and produced by Dinesh Vijan.
