Akshaye Khanna will be seen as Aurangze, the sixth Mughal emperor. He reigned from 1658 to 1707.
Rashmika Mandanna
Rashmika will star as Maharani Yesubai, who was the wife of Chatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.
Ashutosh Rana
Ashutosh Rana will be seen as Hambirrao Mohite, who was one of the most prominent general in Maratha Empire.
Divya Dutta
Divya Dutta will be seen as Soyarabai, who was the second wife of Chatrapathi Shivaji Maharaj. She was also the mother of Shivaji Maharaj’s second son, Rajaram.

Vineet Kumar will star as Kavi Kalash, who was close friend of Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj.

Diana Penty will play the role of Zinat-un-Nissa Begum, Aurangzeb’s second daughter from Dilras Banu Begum.
While speaking to Mid-Day, Director Laxman Utekar talked about his decision to make this movie. He said, “When I started reading about Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, I realised that he was a great warrior, but no one has made a film on him.”

“Most books on Sambhaji are in Marathi, and not available in any other language. That could be a reason why a film or series on him has been rarely attempted. Not many filmmakers could read extensively about him,” he added.
It is produced By Dinesh Vijan under the banner Maddock Films and co-produced by Sharada Karki Jalota and Pooja Prem Patheja. Meanwhile, the screenplay is done by Laxman Utekar, Rishi Virmani, Kaustubh Savarkar, Unman Bankar and Omkar Mahajan.
