Kartik Aaryan, soaking in the praise for Chandu Champion, released in theatres today, took to Instagram on Friday to express heartfelt gratitude. He admitted that the standing ovation from fans has made him ‘emotional and proud.’ After the screening of the film, he was seen hugging director Kabir Khan inside a packed theatre.
In the new video post, the camera captured Kartik tightly hugging director Kabir Khan after the conclusion of the film screening. Kartik attended an audience screening and received cheers and a very positive response at the end of the film. He maintained a smile and joined in clapping along with them.

Kartik portrays former Indian paralympic gold-medalist Murlikant Petkar in the sports biopic. The film also includes pivotal characters played by Bhuvan Arora, Yashpal Sharma, Vijay Raaz, Aniruddh Dave, Palak Lalwani, and others. The filming of Chandu Champion took place in London, Wai, and Jammu and Kashmir.
