‘Chainsaw Man- The Movie: Reze Arc’ has finally been released in India after winning hearts worldwide. The movie, which is based on the popular manga of the same name, is regarded as one of the best anime of all time. Despite its popularity and good response at the box office in India, ‘Chainsaw Man- The Movie: Reze Arc’ has been struggling to recreate the magic of ‘Demon Slayer Infinity Castle’.
According to ETimes, the Chainsaw Man movie has earned Rs 2.53 crore in total within four days of its release. The movie collected Rs 34 lakh on day 4 as per early estimates.
The movie focuses on Denji, who became a Chainsaw Man and a boy with a Devil’s heart. He becomes part of Special Division 4’s Devil Hunters, and things look good for him after he goes on a date with his crush, Makima. Things take a turn after he meets Reze, a girl who works in a café.
Its voice cast includes Kikunosuke Toya, Reina Ueda, Fairouz Ai, Tomori Kusunoki, Shogo Sakata, Shiori Izawa, Karin Takahashi, Maaya Uchida, Natsuki Hanae and Yūya Uchida.
Chainsaw Man anime is based on the manga series of the same name, which is written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto. The story revolves around Denji, who is a teenager and makes a deal with Pochita, the dog-like Chainsaw Devil. This deal gives him the ability to transform parts of his body into chainsaws. His life changes after he joins the Public Safety Devil Hunters, a government agency focused on fighting against Devils whenever they become a threat to Japan.
