New Delhi: The first solo album by BTS’s newest member Jungkook is expected to be released next month. The management company for BTS, BigHit Music, responded to the reports as they surfaced. The most recent official FIFA World Cup song, Dreamers, was one of Jungkook’s earlier solo releases.
Sports Chosun stated that Jungkook is preparing to release a new solo album on July 14 according to Soompi. The album will reportedly include a song in English as well.
Soompi later quoted BigHit’s statement, “We will make an announcement once the release schedule for Jungkook’s solo album has been confirmed.”
Jungkook to release first-ever solo album
Over a month after Jungkook was spotted at a Los Angeles recording studio, news of his solo album first surfaced. He was pictured with Andrew Watt, Bang Si-Hyuk, and other people in a number of April Instagram posts posted by Scott ‘Scooter’ Braun. Jungkook was also seen working with another person to record a song in a video.
