BTS member Jungkook is currently serving in the military and will return in 2025. Despite his short absence in the showbiz, he has been grabbing the attention with his several chartbuster songs. He has now achieved a new milestone in his career by winning two Billboard Music Awards 2024. BTS ARMY is over the moon with Jungkook’s achievement and has send him heartwarming best wishes.
Jungkook won the Billboard Music Award 2024 in the Tok K-Pop Album category for his solo debut album ‘Golden’. He also bagged Top Global K-Pop Song for his chartbuster song ‘Standing Next To You’.
‘Golden’ contains 11 tracks including ‘Seven’, ‘3D’, ‘Yes Or No’, ‘Please Don’t Change’ and ‘Standing Next To You’, and features popular international artists like Jack Harlow, Latto, Usher and DJ Snake. He also teamed up with American singer-composer Charlie Puth for his song ‘Left Right Left’. He also released his solo song ‘Never Let Go’ on BTS’ 11th debut anniversary.
Meanwhile, Jungkook also released his documentary film ‘I Am Still’ in theatres and on OTT. It is streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
Announcing the digital release of Jungkook’s docu-series, BigHit Music said in the statement, “JUNG KOOK: I AM STILL THE ORIGINAL is composed of three episodes. It covers Jung Kook’s “golden moments,” as he traveled around the world to promote his music for about eight months. The documentary series also includes unreleased interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and the full version of “Jung Kook ‘GOLDEN’ Live On Stage. We look forward to your enthusiastic love and support. Thank you.”
On the work front, Jungkook was also seen in the variety show ‘Are You Sure?’, streaming on Disney+ Hotstar.
