More About The Case
Complainant alleges that ever since the case was registered, Elvish and his associates have been threatening him and his brother on social media. Since Elvish was sent to jail, Saurabh Gupta and his brother have been constantly receiving threats on their social media accounts. Due to this, they had to shut down his Facebook account a few months ago. However, Elvish’s associates, who run accounts in his name, continued to threaten Saurabh Gupta and his brother, posting fake videos and news with their photos. Elvish had also released a video threatening to kidnap Saurabh Gupta from his home and kill him. Saurabh had filed a complaint with the Nandgram police station in Ghaziabad, but no action was taken.
