Noida Court on Friday grants bail to renowned Youtuber and Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav in the alleged snake venom case.
On March 17, session court order 14 days judicial custody to Yadav for his alleged involvement in snake venom case. The police has enacted NDPS act in the FIR against the renowned Youtuber before presented him in court.

Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, (NDPS) is an Act of the Parliament of India which prohibits an individual from the production, consumption or any kind of involvement in narcotic drug or psychotropic substances.
On Sunday evening, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner was arrested by the Noida Police in the alleged snake poisoning case.
As per DCP Noida, Vidya Sagar Mishra, Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has been arrested for allegedly dealing with snake venom.

Last year, Noida police filed an FIR against the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav based on a complaint submitted by the an NGO, People For Animals stating that the renowned YouTuber deals in snake venom and live snakes in Noida.
Moreover, they also created a video of the same with the other associates involved in a farmhouse situated in the NCR. They organise rave parties, and shoots, and invite foreign girls on a regular basis. His associate Rahul acted as an agent on behalf of the YouTuber.
The FIR stated that after receiving the complaint, Elvish Yadav was called by police. Police asked him that they want to to organise a rave party. After this, Yadav Gave Police the contact number of Rahul.
“Police along with the DFO asked him to deliver the snake venom at Sector 51 Banquet hall after which Rahul got arrested,” it said.
