BLACKPINK Comeback Update: First Track Since ‘Born Pink’ On The Way?

BLACKPINK is reportedly making a long-awaited comeback this July with a new track, sparking excitement among fans worldwide.

Good news for BLACKPINK fans! New music by the beloved K-pop girl group BLACKPINK is likely coming out very soon. The group has reportedly prepared to make a comeback with a new song this July.

According to the report of a Korean news outlet called JTBC Entertainment, the group- Jennie, Jisoo, Rosé, and Lisa will be collaborating for another song release next month. Their agency YG Entertainment also affirmed the news that made fans thrilled.

The new title track will be in a new style, but nevertheless maintain BLACKPINK’s unique vibe. It will likely come either just before or after the group will do their concert in Seoul as part of their Deadline World Tour.

When questioned about this comeback, YG Entertainment informed another news publication, Top Star News, “Please wait for an official announcement. We ask that you confirm this through an official promotion in the future.” They didn’t say yes or no, so fans are hoping the news is true.

When this news was made public, fans (who are referred to as BLINKs) were incredibly excited and started writing online. A fan posted, “Other K-pop groups had their fun. It’s time for the queens to come back for the crown.” Another commented, “Borderline going insane.” One added further, “We want a full album!!”

This will be BLACKPINK’s first new group song in over 1000 days following their last album ‘Born Pink’. It is going to be their first release after renewing their contract with YG Entertainment, too.

The members have been occupied with their songs, solo projects, and brand work. But Lisa mentioned all the members were in the studio together, making something new not so long ago, that was very exciting for the fans.

Moreover, BLACKPINK will launch their Deadline World Tour in July, with 31 concerts in more than 16 cities across the globe.
