‘Bigg Boss 19’ has turned intense for every contestant with each week passing by. Some of them were seen crossing boundaries while making personal comments. Recently, Tanya Mittal, Neelam Giri and Kunickaa were seen body-shaming Ashnoor Kaur behind her back. The viewers called out the trio over their comments, and Salman Khan also slammed them.
Salman Khan questioned Tanya and Neelam about their offensive comments about Ashnoor and her physical appearance. Here’s what he said:
While talking about Ashnoor’s weight, Tanya was heard saying, “Kitni moti hai, sara din gym karti hai fir bhi itni moti kaise? Uske dresses hum par zyada suit karenge.” (She’s so fat, how is she still big despite going to the gym every day? Her dresses would look better on us.)
She even called Ashnoor ‘haathi’. Meanwhile, Kunickaa added, “Even my 13-year-old granddaughter knows what to eat and what not to.”
Ashnoor’s father also called out these comments and wrote on Instagram, “Why is everyone so insecure about a 21-year-old? Oh, I know… they can’t match her levels of dignity and grace.”
Meanwhile, Bigg Boss 19 had a big change after the eviction of Nehal Chudasama and Baseer Ali. Their joint elimination came as a shock for the audience and contestants. In a recent interview with Telly Talk India, Nehal talked about her bond with Farhana despite the latter breaking off ties with her a few days before her eviction.
“I did little things for Farhana that probably didn’t show up on camera. For Weekend Ka Vaar’s shoot, we would be getting ready, and Bigg Boss would ask us to hurry up. I would stop getting ready and fix her look first. Every time, I would end up washing her dishes, even though the rule was that everyone should wash their own [utensils]. Farrhana, who is like my younger sister, had this habit of never washing her dishes and her plates and glasses would be lying around. I used to wash them late at night after we ate, without telling her. Har Saturday main uski nazar utarti thi.”
The contestants in the house are: Farhana Bhat, Amaal Mallik, Neelam Giri, Gaurav Khanna, Ashnoor Kaur, Abhishek Bajaj, Tanya Mittal, Kunicka Sadanand, Shehbaz Badesha, Malti Chahar, Pranit More, and Mridul Tiwari.
