The highly anticipated Bigg Boss Season 18 finale ended with actor Karan Veer Mehra lifting the trophy. This marked the actor’s second consecutive win in Hindi reality shows, having previously won ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 14.’ The finale of Bigg Boss 18 had everyone biting their nails until the very end, as Karan Veer Mehra and Vivian Dsena finished as the top 2 contestants.
Speaking to ANI, Karan expressed his happiness and called himself the ‘chosen one’ on winning the title. He said, “I am very happy… This was my aim and it happened.”
He opened up about his success mantra and the changes he discovered in himself during the show. Karan added, “I feel very happy. I am the chosen one. I did the rare task of winning back-to-back reality shows. I believed in myself. I worked hard and aimed for the top and it happened.”
Bigg Boss 18: Karan’s Journey
Karan’s Bigg Boss journey was no less than a roller-coaster ride for him. It included his intense fights with Vivian Dsena, Sara Khan, argument with Rajat Dalal, funny jokes on Avinash Mishra and soft corner for Chum Darang. “I came to know a few things about me, like that I am an emotional person. Before, when I used to cry over little things, I felt bad. But now, I believe that it’s okay,” he added.
Karan On Vivian
Regarding his relationship with Vivian, Karan said when two people fight for the same trophy, then there will be some bitterness. He admitted to being jealous of Vivian as he got things way easier and sooner than him. “When two people fight for the trophy there is bound to be bitterness but he (Vivian Dsena) is a very good person at heart, a family man so there is love for him too…”
When asked about the fear factor in the house, he said there was none and that he enjoyed the experience all the way through.
He further thanked his supporters for all the love and support. “Thank you for all the love, because of which I am standing here with the trophy,” added Karan.
