Sophie Turner is withdrawing “child abduction” charges against ex-Joe Jonas, according to fresh legal records.
Sophie’s Complaint Against Joe Jonas
Sophie filed a complaint in September of last year, alleging that Joe was preventing their two kids, Willa and Delphine, from flying from the United States to meet her in the United Kingdom by withholding their passports, an incident that soon escalated to the federal level.

However, after striking a tough custody deal in their ongoing contentious divorce battle, Sophie appears to want to dismiss those accusations, according to TMZ. The two are believed to be in a much better position and have decided when the children will travel to England and New York.
Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas Divorce
The Jonas Brothers singer filed for divorce from Sophie on September 1 of last year, stating their marriage was “irretrievably broken”. Sophie had asked Joe to return their girls, Willa, three, and Delphine, one, to London, claiming it was their earlier arrangement before the breakup.
Sophie had petitioned a New York court to return their children to her physical custody, saying Joe was refusing to return the children’s passports and taking them on an “unauthorized” holiday. They have, however, struck a custody agreement and hope their divorce to be completed “amicably”.

Sophie and Joe will each spend two weeks with their girls until January, according to court documents acquired by the Daily Mail. They will also be able to travel with their children throughout the United States and the United Kingdom, allowing Sophie to rejoin Willa and Delphine in London. Joe is set to take the kids on tour with the Jonas Brothers, and Sophie will spend Christmas with them and her family in the United Kingdom.
Joe and Sophie were reportedly at odds for months before the musician filed for divorce. According to sources, an altercation on Joe’s birthday, August 15, was the tipping point for him. According to TMZ, the final straw in Joe’s relationship was hearing or seeing the Game of Thrones actress “say or do something” through their Ring camera.
Sophie was pictured taking a pleasant stroll through Manhattan with her two children before striking a custody agreement. The actress pushed her girls in a double stroller and smiled affectionately at her youngest child. Sophie’s friend joined the trio for the outing.
