Bholaa box office collection Day 8: Bholaa, starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu, opened to high anticipation due to its extensive promotion. Bholaa, a replica of the popular movie Kaithi, got off to a strong start but is now lagging. Apart from a few days where it did well, the movie has definitely underperformed.
Bholaa has been bringing in between Rs 3 crore and Rs 3.5 crore in a single day at the domestic box office over the previous several days. It is now anticipated to surpass Rs 60 crores soon.

Both the public and the critics responded favourably to Bholaa’s March 30 premiere. The movie, which was one of 2023’s most eagerly awaited releases, succeeded in captivating the crowd. Bholaa made Rs 44 crore in its first weekend of release.
On its performance during the workweek, all eyes were focused. The movie’s earnings dropped somewhat on Day 8, April 6, to Rs 3 crore. This brings the domestic box office haul to Rs 59.68 crore in total. On April 6, Bholaa’s overall Hindi occupancy was 8.49 percent. If this pattern continues, Bholaa will have a positive week at the box office.
Box Office India reported, “Film disappointed in day one as it collected average 11.20 cr nett despite Ram Navami holiday. Film failed to beat 10-year-old day one number of Ajay Devgn Starrer ‘Himmatwala’ which itself was a disaster. Film dropped further and collected poor 7.40 cr nett on day two. Drop was expected as it was working day but it was little more than expectations.”
The report added, “Film was expected to jump and that’s what happened. Film has jumped by 20% in morning and afternoon which is a good sign. Film held strong throughout on Saturday and crossed 12.10 cr nett on day three. Film again jumped on Sunday by 12% and collected 13.48 cr nett.”
