Bheed box office collection Day 6: Anubhav Sinha’s Bheed has seen empty cinemas since its release. Therefore, it is likely to be removed from theatres soon. The film did poorly at the box office. The film sheds light on the plight of migrant workers who moved from their cities to their hometowns during the initial coronavirus lockdown.
The early stages of the 2020 nationwide lockdown caused by the Covid-19 pandemic track several characters as they navigate. Released on March 24, Bheed was met with complete rejection by audiences on its first day.

Bheed is a social drama starring Dia Mirza, Ashutosh Rana, Pankaj Kapur and Kritika Kamra. The film, which got off to a bad start on its first day, remained sluggish on her sixth date on March 29th. According to initial estimates, the film earned Rs 17 lakh on its fifth day, hence its total tally to just Rs 2.25 crore reportedly.

About Bheed
The film is about the 2020 Covid-19 shutdown. It emphasises the difficulties that migrant labourers encountered during those trying times. Anubhav Sinha, widely known for films such as Thappad and Anek, directs the film.
