Rajkumar Periasamy’s military drama, Amaran, managed to bring audiences to theaters despite calls for a boycott of its lead actress, Sai Pallavi. They may have come with inhibitions, but definitely didn’t leave disappointed. Featuring Sivakarthikeyan as Major Mukund Varadarajan, Amaran is based on a true story and celebrates Major Mukund’s life – his love for the nation and ultimate sacrifice for the country.

Film fraternity also did not leave the chance to appreciate Amaran, which they believe, will “break all records”. popular filmmaker Atlee took to his social media handle on X and wrote that Amaran will be become an immortal film.
