Barbie Trailer Out: Perhaps one of the most anticipated movies of the year is Barbie. The movie’s first trailer, which features Margot Robbie’s Barbie, has just been released. She appears in the movie as the well-known figurine, and Ryan Gosling portrays Ken, her boy toy. Dua Lipa also appears as Barbie the mermaid.

Without giving away much about the plot or the characters, the debut trailer takes viewers to the world of Barbie. It gives you a preview of what to anticipate in the movie. What happens when Barbie and Ken are thrust into the real world and made to face difficulties encountered there.
Apart from the main leads, the cast for Barbie also includes Will Ferrell as the Mattel CEO, Connor Swindells, Nicola Coughlan, Emerald Fennell, Kate McKinnon, Michael Cera, America Ferrera, Kingsley Ben-Adir, Rhea Perlman, Sharon Rooney, Ana Cruz Kayne, Ritu Arya and Jamie Demetriou. We will also see Emma Mackey, Issa Rae, Hari Nef, Alexandra Shipp, Simu Liu, Scott Evans and Ncuti Gatwa, different versions of Barbie and Ken.

Greta Gerwig wrote and co-directed the movie Barbie with her husband, director Noah Baumbach. Greta earlier said, “That feeling that I had was knowing that it would be really interesting terror. Usually that’s where the best stuff is. I am terrified of that. Anything where you’re like, ‘This could be a career-ender,’ then you’re like, ‘OK, I probably should do it.’”
