The glimpse of Doctor Doom appeared on ‘The Fantastic Four’. The movie focuses on four astronauts, Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm, who gain superpowers after coming in contact with cosmic rays. They become the protectors of Earth; on the other hand, Reed and Sue get ready to embrace parenthood. However, things take a turn when Earth is on the verge of being destroyed by a celestial creature, Galactus. They also discover that Reed and Sue’s newborn son, Franklin, will have immense powers.
In the end, Fantastic Four manages to save the world by successfully defeating Galactus. The scene cuts to four years later, and Sue is seen with her son. After leaving the room, she is shocked to see Franklin with a green-cloaked man holding an iron mask. Even though the makers have not confirmed the identity of the mysterious man, it is expected that the person is none other than Doctor Doom.
The scene concludes with the message, ‘The Fantastic Four will return in Avengers: Doomsday.’ It means Reed Richards, Sue Storm, Ben Grimm, and Johnny Storm will play a pivotal role in fighting against Doctor Doom in future Marvel movies.
