Arjun Kapoor surprised fans with a new tattoo, which he shared on Instagram following the success of his latest film, Singham Again. In the Rohit Shetty directorial, Arjun played the antagonist opposite superstar Ajay Devgn. His acting skills were appreciated by both audiences and critics, who applauded him for delivering a career-best performance in the movie.
To celebrate this milestone, Arjun got a tattoo on the back of his right shoulder. The tattoo features two words, “Rab Rakha,” written in Hindi. Along with pictures of the tattooing process, Arjun shared a heartfelt post on Instagram explaining the significance of the tattoo.

Interestingly, the actor got the tattoo as a tribute to his mother, Mona, and as a way to keep her close to him. On Instagram, he wrote, “Rab Raakha (in Hindi) – May God be with you. My mother always said this – in good times and bad. Even today, it feels like she’s right here with me, guiding me, watching over me. I got this tattoo on the eve of the ‘Singham Again’ release, and now, as I stand on the brink of this new chapter, I feel like she’s got my back, reminding me that the universe has a plan. Thank you, Ma, for teaching me faith. Rab Rakha, always.”

About Arjun Kapoor’s Mother

At that time, Arjun was awaiting the release of his first film Ishqzaade and her death left the actor heartbroken as she could not see his only son on-screen. Arjun revealed in an interview how he was devastated and slipped into a dark zone after her passing. He also spoke about his complicated relationship with father, Boney, who left his mother to marry actor Sri Devi – who was mother to Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor.
