Arjun Kapoor Reveals Intense Villain Look, Teases ‘Mayhem’ In ‘Singham Again’

Arjun Kapoor has been announced to play a significant role in ‘Singham Again.’ Recently, on Wednesday, he revealed his character’s villainous persona from the Rohit Shetty film. The unveiled avatar is depicted as intense and violent, showcasing a level of gore and brutality that aligns with the tone of the film.

Arjun Kapoor took to Instagram to share two photos from ‘Singham Again’ – one featuring himself solo and another alongside Ranveer Singh in their cop roles. In his caption, Arjun wrote, “Singham ka villain! Feeling on top of the world being a part of hit-machine Rohit Shetty sir’s cop universe! I promise you there will be mayhem.”

Rohit Shetty’s cop universe

Director Rohit Shetty’s cop universe is set to return with ‘Singham Again,’ marking the fifth installment in the franchise and serving as a sequel to ‘Singham Returns’ (2014). Initially announced in September 2017 under the working title ‘Singham 3,’ the official title was revealed in December 2022.

Scheduled for a theatrical release in August 2024, coinciding with Independence Day, ‘Singham Again’ features Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor, and Jackie Shroff in leading roles. Additionally, cameo appearances are made by Akshay Kumar, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, and Tiger Shroff.
