Arbaaz Khan has finally confirmed his wife Sshura Khan’s pregnancy after months of speculations and rumours surrounding them. While speaking to ETimes, the actor expressed his excitement as he gets ready to embrace fatherhood again. For the unversed, Arbaaz and Sshura tied the knot in 2023 in an intimate ceremony.
Confirming the pregnancy, Arbaaz told ETimes, “Yes, it is there. I’m not denying that information because right now it’s something that is out there, my family knows about it. People have got to know about it, and it’s fine. It’s pretty evident also. It’s a very exciting time in both our lives. We are happy and excited. We’re going to welcome this new life in our life.”
He added, “Everybody tends to be nervous. Any person would feel (the nerves); I’m also getting into fatherhood now after some time. It’s a fresh new feeling for me all over again. I’m excited. I’m happy and I’m looking forward. It’s just giving me a new sense of happiness or responsibility. I’m kind of liking that.”

Talking about the kind of parent he wants to be, the actor added, “There are no categories. You just have to be like a parent who is good. A good parent is someone who’s around for their child, who’s attentive, who’s probably caring, loving and is doing the best to provide to the child. That’s all that I want to be.”
Arbaaz already has a son Arhaan from his previous marriage with Malaika Arora. In an earlier interview with ETimes, Arbaaz talked about how he met Sshura Khan. He shared, “The film (Patna Shukla) turned out to be special for more reasons than one… It was always a special film even before I got to know that someone like Shura even existed, as I met her only on the sets for the first time, before that I had never heard about her or met her.”

“She was with Raveena Tandon (as a makeup artist), for 7-8 years and when we were working on the sets, she was doing her thing and I was doing mine, the only communication we had was Raveena ke baal theek kardo (Get Raveena’s hair fixed) or hi and hello etc,” he added.
